Hard to find floor shift tilt steering column out of a 1978 Cutlass with GM key. It looks like it has been sitting for a while so it may need some work but we didn’t see anything that stood out. Per eBay policy this item has not been tested so it is listed as for parts not only working. Expect it to need work prior to usage or installation, do not expect to plug it in and work perfectly.
