For sale is a 1985 Monte Carlo that is being set up for the track. The car has been repainted in the past and has a pretty nice shine. The car has little rust except the rear frame rails (included with the car is new frame rails and a notch kit to mini tub. The car has a Griffen radiator, with electric fans, aftermarket upper control arms, line lock, B&M pistol shifter raised above the console, central wiring location, driveshaft and transmission crossmember, battery box with cables running to the front with battery cutoff switch, headers for small block chev, driveshaft loop, 10 bolt rear end with spool and 373 gears, aftermarket rear shocks, steel motor mounts for small block. Bolt on fiberglass Cowl hood.

This is what is included for the $2500 price tag. No title but one can be gotten per police report- you can use AAA restoration out of Zoinsville In. No place for no title so I had to list as clean-

For an additional $2500 you will receive parts I have been collecting to complete this car. They are as follows.

DESCRIPTION

We are bringing you this unique 1984 GMC Caballero. It is the GMC version of the Chevy el Camino.

At some point in it’s life one of the owners put in a jasper engines Vortec 350ci V-8. It replaces the factory 305ci and adds a bunch more horse power! It isn’t a hot rod by any means but, if you mash the gas pedal, you will definitely feel the upgrade in HP.

The car/truck has a 3 speed automatic transmission that shifts solid, the way it should.

There are some new air conditioning parts, such as a new compressor, some new a/c hoses and a new dryer. It blows cold but just not that hard. Typical for a car of that age. A new clutch fan and a new aluminum radiator have been added. This car starts right up and runs good. You could make it a daily driver if you wanted to.

We just serviced the engine including a new air filter element. The paint is driver quality. It has a few flaws. It looks good from 15 feet, but closer inspection will show some imperfections.

The interior is original and looks pretty good. It has power windows and power door locks. The dash pad has some cracks and the interior could use a good detailing. The gauges seem to all work except for the fuel gauge.

One of the owners added IROC-Z wheels and in my opinion, they look pretty good!

Our premium shipping service includes palletized and enclosed door to door transportation inside the contiguous United States. Your motorcycle is carried by experienced, properly licensed, and insured shippers with proven track records. The price for shipping to your state can be found by clicking your state below. It includes $5000 in damage insurance. These quotes are for two wheeled motorcycles. If you are shipping a trike, plan on 30-40% more cost. Transit time typically falls between 14-21 calendar days for contiguous US shipments. Faster shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

International shipping ranges from $1500-$4500 USD. The buyer is responsible for the destination country’s fees, taxes, and duties.

While we make every effort to accurately describe our vehicles, please understand you are purchasing a used vehicle. They come with no warranty express or implied from our dealership. However, the vehicle you purchase may have factory warranty remaining. Texas Best Used Motorcycles also offers extended warranties for your peace of mind. We encourage all buyers to look at the vehicle in person or order an inspection by a third party prior to the auction ending. Please review the numerous high resolution pictures carefully, as well as watch the Youtube video of the vehicle located at the top of the auction. FEES:

All buyers will be charged a $125 documentary fee. This helps us with costs associated with title and bank paperwork and while it is a far cry from absorbing all the costs, it helps us keep the costs of our motorcycles low. Buyers will also be subject to a $195 dealer preparation fee. This fee goes to absorb the costs of oil changes, service work, professional details and photography. The last fee is a state required vehicle inventory tax. It is charged at a rate of .2384% of the selling price, which equates to $23.84 for every $10,000 of purchase price. Buyers will also be responsible for all state and local taxes and fees. The $195 dealer preparation fee is included in the advertised price.

TERMS:

A $500 non-refundable partial payment is due immediately. Buyer must contact our office within 24 hours of auction close. The balance must be received within 7 business days via wire transfer, cash, or check. All checks are subject to 10 day hold. All bidders with 0 or negative feedback must contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, your bid may be canceled. If these terms are not adhered to, we reserve the right to relist or otherwise sell the vehicle.

BUYER PICKUP:

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

We can also provide a 45 day temp tag at no charge! We are required by Georgia dmv to process your title for Georgia residence in your name so please have a current Georgia license with a good address so you will receive title from state the fee the state charges is 18.00 for this. A 25.00 emissions fee will be added for Georgia residents only when required if you live in an emission required county. We have a 169.50 document fee this also includes a temporary 45 day tag! The document fee is for everyone including dealers added to all final winning auctions once res is met or accepted price that is less than our locally advertised price! Out of state buyers will pay their own tax’s and fees in there own state. The 169.50 document fee will be included in our advertised listed pricing and “buy it now” eBay price. We do not collect other states tax or fees, that is something you will take care of when you reg and title your new ride! 3rd times the charm hopefully. If you don’t have the money or the means to move the vehicle please don’t bid or buy. All the pictures you see are all I’m going to take. I pretty much have everything covered. Exterior, interior, trunk, and undercarriage. Do not contact me unless you are buying the car. I had several people contacting to talk about the car. This isn’t cars and coffee, I’m trying to make a sale. I don’t mean to come off rude or nasty. I just had a guy waste two weeks of my time knowing he didn’t have money. Not only that instead of canceling the order. He chose to let it sit in a pending stage for two weeks. Enough about my misfortunes, here are the details. 1987 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe. T-top bucket seat floor shift car ALL original with, 77,796 miles. I purchased this car from the original owner family so I am the second owner. The car runs and drives good. It has had a respray I’m not sure when. The previous owners took off the smog system and I still have it it’ll come with the car. Small crack in the dash above the radio other than that the dash is flawless. The headliner is missing and it has two leaks, those being a valve cover seal and a trans cooler hose. The car has new tires and a new A/C compressor. Please I beg serious inquiries. Also I won’t take anything between $14-$18k. I received a lot of those kind of offers as well. If you can find a T-top Aerocoupe in this shape or better for under $20k please show me. Thank you again.
