3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
– Return Exceptions – Items cannot be returned if they have been installed, mounted to a vehicle, painted or modified. Clothing Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
– Restocking Fee – All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If your order had free shipping applied our original shipping charges will be deducted.
– Exchanges – If you have ordered the incorrect part or need to exchange for another part you can do so. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay shipping charges to and from your location.
