Put an end to squeaky dashboards, cracking body panels on t-top cars, and seriously enhance your car’s handling and launch performance. When it comes to locking together the chassis on a third generation F-Body Camaro and Firebird, nobody does it better than Spohn Performance!

We don’t consider our kit to be just a point to point sub-frame connection, we provide the components necessary to install a full frame to the underside of your uni-body vehicle.

Our “truss-style” framing system is constructed of 1.75″ x .120″ wall DOM tubing for serious, uncompromised rigidity. The frame rail connects to the rear lower control arm mount and runs the entire length of the rocker panel, it ends at the rear side of the front wheel well. The main shaft is formed to fit the contour of the floor board, providing for weld contact area the entire length of the frame shaft, and no ground clearance loss.

We don’t stop there. Mid-shaft we install a “Y” off frame that connects the main frame shaft to the beefy front sub-frame at the transmission crossmember mounting area. This provides for the ultimate in chassis stiffening by utilizing a triangulated framing design. The frame rails also provide for an excellent jacking point.

This is a weld in system that ships to you in bare metal. If you’ve been looking for the ultimate sub-frame connection system for your third generation F-Body, you just found it!

These SFCs are designed to be used on a single-cat or dual-cat y-pipe exhaust system. The passenger’s side main shaft necks down in the front to allow proper y-pipe clearance. No exhaust or floor board modifications are necessary to install our SFCs.

Application: 1993-2002 GM F-Body – Camaro & Firebird (Except Convertible)

Part# 504

Our tubular subframe connectors for the 1993-2002 GM F-Body Camaro and Firebird run tight against the floor pan with NO ground clearance loss. They are invisible when looking at the vehicle from the side, you have to literally lay on the ground to see them!

This design also allows for welding the mounting plates to the front and rear subframes and optionally you can weld them along the entire length of the SFC to the floor pan for optimum rigidity.

They’re constructed of 1.75″ x .120″ wall DOM tubing and CNC laser cut 3/16″ steel mounting plates. The total weight of the SFCs (pair) is only 17.5 pounds!

They’re available powder coated in your choice of bright red or gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish.

Fitment Note: Will not fit convertible cars.
