This product(s) is yours and you will need to pay additional shipping cost to be returned to you again. Any product(s) left abandon for 30 days after a failed returned inspection will be discarded. 2) Pack the product(s) carefully to avoid any damages during shipping. Always use a sturdy shipping carton to ship the product(s) back. Print your RGA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense and no refund on shipping cost to and from the customer.

3) You will need to send me the invoice number or better yet, a copy of the original invoice showing when the product(s) was purchased. Please include this information with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be assessed a 20% Restocking Fee for El Camino Manufacturing product(s) (depending on the manufacturer restocking fees may vary, contact me for more details on each manufacturer’s restocking fees). Manufacturer’s Defects…

Unfortunately as much as each manufacturer does everything they can to bring you the best product(s) they can offer, manufacturer’s defects does happen. We all hope those parts will never find their way onto our projects. But when they do, what to do if one of these defects find it’s way to you. While those parts will be replace, there is a process. Since I do not offer warranty other than the manufacturer’s warranty. Each manufacturer has a specific way on how they process defect exchanges. Each manufacturer’s defect case is handle uniquely to each case. As much as we try to streamline it. Sometimes this does not goes as plan. Please try to follow and understand the next few steps to insure the defective product(s) is exchanged as smoothly as possible.

1) If you have manufacturer’s defect product(s), please document the defect by taking pictures and/or video and/or taking notes.

2) Contact us with the issue/defect and try your best to explain the defect as soon as possible. Also send pictures, video and/or notes you have taken.

3) Not every return/exchange needs to have a case open (cases are mostly for when you have no communication between the buyer and seller)

4) I will need to bring this defects to the manufacturer’s attention. This may take from moments to a day or two for the manufacturer to reply to the claim of ‘Manufacturer’s Defect’. Each manufacturer has an investigation process, It can only go as fast as manufacturer process these claims.

5) I will communicated with you on each step the manufacturer brings to my attention. Sometimes this may take a few message from me to the buyer and/or a few messages from me to the manufacturer. While some manufacturers prefer you to contact them directly with defect claims, other manufacturers prefer you work with the retailer you purchase your product(s) with.

6) If you choose to work directly with the manufacturer with your claim. I can not be held liable or responsible with the manufacturer’s actions or conclusions of your claim(s) since I have been taken out of the loop of communication. You will need to complete the entire claim with the manufacturer.

The steps above are just a few guides to help with exchanging or returning of a manufacturer’s defects. Not all manufacturer process cases the same, the process can go very smoothly while other may not. Your patience will be very grateful.

Shipping

A handling/shipping fee is added to all orders shipped.  The standard fee is listed include insurance up to the purchase value.  However, over sized items and certain destinations will be higher.  Express shipping is available at an extra cost.

PART SOUTH uses FedEx in most cases.  FedEx will not ship to a Post Office Box.

NOTE:  If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address, simply put a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address.  Failure to do so may delay the processing of your order.

Damage/Shipping Claims

Make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier.

If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time.  All claims of loss, concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier.  Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it.  This is a Fed Ex shipping policy.  Any shortages not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 4 days of receiving order.  No exceptions!!!

Exchanges, Return & Refunds

1. Check your owner’s manual, the part number on your original bulbs or search “automotive bulb look-up” online.

2. Select your vehicle model in the filter system of the product detail page to double check the fit.

3. If you are unsure your bulb type, please do remember send message to tell us your car make, model, year and other information which is helpful to check bulb type. for example:

2004 Ford F-150, high/low beam

2015 RAM 1500 with projector-type, high beam

Q2: How to install the bulbs easier?

1. Only 10mins to plug and play then finished installation.

2. Watch and follow the video or pictures of installation

Q3: How to solve that the bulbs doesn’t fit?

1. Please make sure the bulb type you ordered,the bulb type may be wrong.

2. Please email us that the Year, Make ,Model of your car and depict the problem details with pics. Our Customer Support Team will give you a guidance as soon as possible and offer a choice of a new bulb if the problem cannot sovle online communication.

Q4: Will this bulb give error code or tend to flicker,or neither side lighting up, or work inconsistantly?

Check the headlight fuses, and then check the ballast plugs to insure correct installation.

If this doesn’t work, there may be a voltage problem with the vehicle. You probably just need a relay or capacitor.

Q5: I bought the wrong items/ the items were not compatible with my vehicle.

Q7: WARNING ABOUT POLARITY

Unlike halogen bulbs, LED are polarity sensitive.

BEFORE you start your LED kit installation, verify the polarity on your vehicle by simply plugging the LED bulb into your vehicle socket.

– if your light turns on, please proceed to install both bulbs onto your vehicle.

– if your light DOES NOT turn on, disconnect the bulb and flip the socket in order to reverse the polarity (this will not damage your vehicle electrical system in any way). Once you made sure the LED bulb turns on, please proceed to install both bulbs onto your vehicle.

Note: There is no convention when it comes to polarity. Different car manufactures have different polarity setup, even within the car model the polarity setup on your low beams and high beams might be different.
