Please be aware that our parts are USED, pulled from donor vehicles. We try to make sure that these parts are working before the part is pulled, but this is not always possible. If there are any imperfections, we document them in the condition description, in the item description, then we document it with pictures showing the imperfections, and we direct interested buyers to the pictures showing the details. Please review all photos for item condition, because this is the item you will be receiving, and it is an important part of the listing. DO NOT purchase an item unless you are 100% certain it is the part you need. The best way to be certain this is the correct part is to remove your old part and match it up with the part number we provide or compare it to our pictures. The Fitment chart is a Guide, it is not exact and cannot guarantee fitment, because of variations of models, trim levels, equipment packages, etc, it is the Buyers responsibility to check for fitment, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect fitment. Please ask questions before purchasing, or call your dealer or mechanic. 

Parts are sold by Manufacturer Part Number, it is the BUYER’S Responsibility to check and to make sure that this is the correct part number that they need. We are not responsible for incorrect lookups. We research each part to the best of our ability, we check eBay and other online resources using the part number(s) on the part(s). Buying parts by year, make, & model cannot guarantee compatibility with your vehicle. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify part numbers for fitment for your vehicle. Please check both the part numbers and the pictures in the listing to make sure this is the correct part that you need.

We have been having issues with Buyers not paying for items after making an offer. About 99% of our listings are Buy It Now listings and require immediate payment, but most of them have the option of Best Offer also. When someone makes an offer, when we send an offer, or when we make a counteroffer, eBay cannot require immediate payment for these transactions. Our new policy for these and all transactions is: PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 48 HOURS (2 DAYS) OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER. This means that once you receive your invoice, you have 48 hours (2 days) to pay, or the transaction will be cancelled, and the item will be relisted. We would prefer that you pay immediately, so that we can get the item shipped out as soon as possible. We have been getting way too many people making offers and then we do not hear from them again, making our listing unavailable to Buyers who actually will pay for the item. We are willing to make exceptions if you contact us to discuss options. If you need to cancel a transaction, please try to do so before you pay for the item. If you have already paid for the item and need to cancel the transaction, contact us, but we will have to wait for eBay to process the transaction, usually the next day. If we have already shipped the item (purchased the label) but the tracking has not been updated, we can void the label, but it is taking much longer for the refunds to come through. If the item has already actually shipped out, you will be responsible for any shipping fees that have incurred, thanks.

Return/refund will be given once original item is returned to Seller in ORIGINAL CONDITION (condition sold). Return will be given to buyer 2-3 business days upon receipt and verification of the original item. If item is not the SAME ITEM SOLD or is sent back in ANY OTHER CONDITION other than stated above REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN. Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE, or if FREE SHIPPING was included it will be DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND. IF YOU BREAK THE ITEM OR REMOVE PARTS OR PIECES FROM THE ITEM AND KEEP THEM, THIS IS CONSIDERED NOT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION SOLD, SO DO NOT EXPECT A FULL IF ANY REFUND! Please package the item in the original packing materials it was shipped to you in to avoid the item being damaged while being returned to us, thanks! If the item gets broken while being returned to us because it is not packaged well, do not expect a refund. We now mark all of our parts to prevent fraud because of our parts being swapped for broken or other parts, thank you! We make every attempt to refund as soon as possible, but often even though the item says it has been delivered, it has not. We usually have to go to our local USPS office to pick it up the next business day, which often falls on a weekend, so please understand we make every effort to refund asap.

We ship out our items Monday thru Friday the cutoff time is 10am Pacific Time because we live in a rural area and that is the time our mail is picked up. We try to choose the fastest method of shipping available whenever possible, but the shipping carrier or shipping method is at our discretion. Once the order/item has been received by the shipping carrier, (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) we have no control over what happens to the item, we make every attempt to assist with any issues that may arise. QUICK NOTE: ITEMS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO BE DELIVERED, THIS IS NOT OUR FAULT, WE SHIP THEM IMMEDIATELY, USPS, UPS, & FEDEX ARE HAVING ISSUES, SO PLEASE BE PATIENT, THANK YOU! We are willing to do next day or overnight shipping during Spring, Summer, and Fall, Winter weather is extreme where we live and we cannot offer expedited shipping during this time.
