Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. is pleased to be able to offer graphics to represent our carpet color samples.  You may use these graphics in order to reference any of our products.  However, please understand that these graphic images are meant to be only representations of our colors.  Many factors will influence how the colors will appear to the viewer, including computer resolution and graphic size.  At no time should these graphics be used as the only source for color matching.All Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. products may take up to 20 business days to ship.  This varies with item being ordered, custom colors, and fit.  Due to being specialized interior products, The Parts Place Inc. will only accept returns for items in the colors of black or white.  The Parts Place Inc. will not accept returns for items ordered in any other color.  Items being returned must be returned within 30 days of delivery.  Auto Custom Carpets, Inc. products are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.

We have a huge inventory of Used, NOS, and Reproduction parts for all of your favorite vehicles. We also make many of the parts ourselves; so you can skip the middle man and buy directly from the source.

  To keep things simple we only accept PayPal on eBay.  ALL ILLINOIS RESIDENTS MUST PAY 8% SALES TAX REGARDLESS IF ITEM IS SHIPPING OR BEING PICKED UP.

Fitment: Please verify that the description contains your specific vehicle. While eBay’s compatibility system does a good job, it sometimes lists sub-models that may or may not be compatible with the part being offered.

Questions or Concerns: Please do not contact our retail store, as our retail customer service representatives do not service eBay customers. All communication regarding eBay items must be addressed through eBay messaging only. We will reply to your email within 24 hours dependent on the time and day of the week.

Shipping: Some or all packages may require signature at time of delivery.  We will only ship to addresses provided by eBay at the time of purchase unless a change request is made.  Requests to change address must be made using eBay’s message system. We will do our best to follow your request.  While in most instances we should be able to change an address for you, there may be an instance in where the order is to far along to change it.

Truck Freight Shipping: All items shipped via truck freight require signature upon delivery. Please inspect all deliveries prior to signing for your delivery.  Once the order is signed for you are responsible for dealing with the freight company in regards to any damage discovered later.

Drop Shipping: We have a 70,000 square ware house; so chances are we do have your item in stock and ready to go. There are instances where the item ships manufacturer direct; this may include but not limited to: radiators, fuel and brake lines, wiring harnesses, carpets and interior items. There are other instances where we occasionally run out of stock and drop ship a part to speed up the process. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Multiple Purchases: Please use eBay’s cart system at checkout to combine all of your purchases from The Parts Place Inc.  If your purchases qualify for a shipping discount, your PayPal account will be credited with the difference.  Terms and conditions of shipping discount vary due to part sizes, quantity, and value.

Returns: We offer a 30 day return policy.  Any item can be returned in the same condition it was received, within 30 days for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. This excludes special order items and electrical items. Please use the eBay messaging system to see if your item is returnable and to set up the return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
