Quality used Hood Safety Catch / secondary latch for a 1978-88 GM G-body.
This safety catch was removed from a 1981 Monte Carlo. It should fit all G-body cars,( Cutlass, Regal, Malibu, Monte Carlo, Grand Prix, Grand National, El Camino etc.)
The hood catch is in good working condition. It moves freely and springs back as it should. It’s not vent and only shows some surface rust. Perfect for your project car. Buy an OEM part and avoid the flimsy aftermarket reproductions!
