Reasons for choose our AA5052 Aluminum Radiator：

1.Our Radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum, AA5052 Aluminum major alloying element is magnesium,has a higher strength and greater corrosion resistance (including to salt water).

2.Higher density core: cooling rows are spaced 3/8″ apart,giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators sold on eBay.

3.14-16 cooling fins per inch,giving you approximately 1500 more cooling fins than other aluminum radiators.AA5052 aluminum radiator core can be made more efficient by changing the tube spacing and fin count. If the tubes are placed closer together and the fins are packed in tighter a denser core is created that throws off much more heat. A high efficiency core can have tubes on 3/8″ centers and fin counts increased to 14 to 16 FPI,That may not seem like a big deal but the surface area is greatly increased. Combined with all the additional fins between the tubes this provides approximately 30% to 45% better cooling than the OEM radiator had.

AA5052 Aluminum Shroud+Fan：

Our custom-made AA5052 aluminum fan shrouds are manufactured to fit our ALLOYWORKS and ASI PERFORMANCE radiators. These fan shrouds are fabricated for use with our electric cooling fans but allow for use with most low profile electric fans.

The fan and the fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Aluminum Shroud+Fan：

The fan and the fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Investing in proper maintenance though will considerably benefit the ride and driving quality in maintaining the ideal working conditions of the engine.

Thermostat Temperature Relay Switch Sensor Kit：

165~185 degree electric fan thermostat relay switch kit, It is a 3/8″ pipe thread.

The kits is set up to turn your electric fan on at 185 degrees and shut off at 165 degrees and will work with any 12 volt system.



Thermostat Relay Kit Instructions：

RED + connect directly to battery.

WHITE wire to ignition switch power source.

BLACK goes to thermos switch.

BLUE wire goes to the Fans.

AA5052 Aluminum Shroud and Fans:

The New Design fan and the AA5052 fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. Our Radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum. Its different from other sellers T-3303 Series. In fact, AA5052 series Aluminum is much better than T-3303 series.

More than 90% of aftermarket manufacturers use the T-3303 series Aluminum, because it is cheaper and easier to get the material. However, T-3303 aluminum has many disadvantages, such as poor polishing effect, softness, easiness to scratch and corrode, poor heat dissipation effect. If the T-3303 aluminum radiator is operated in high pressure and high temperature for a long time, the leaking problem would occur very soon.

This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is at least 30%-45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

The fan and the fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently.

This Aluminum Radiator is at least 40% more efficient than stock ones.

Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

Shipping:

– Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. We ship our products primarily through UPS Ground.

– Delivery is not available to P.O. Box and the states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

– Most of our products ship UPS Ground or Home, but some larger items (such as rattan furniture sets) do ship UPS LTL (Freight) and can take up to 6 business days to arrive from the time the product ships. These shipments will need to be scheduled for an appointment to deliver by the local UPS facility when it arrives in your area (the appointment will need to be scheduled within three days from their first contact attempt). Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver including a lift-gate will require an additional charge).
