This listing includes 5 NOS Black Phosphate Throttle Rod &/or Cruise Control Retaining Clips (correct, as pictured). 

These attach to the cable end piece that attaches to the carburetor. These always fall off or fail from age and heat. They are oem black phosphate, to resist rusting!

Also used for the Cruise Control Cable.
