This ABS plastic headliner is covered with foam backed cloth and is a cost effective way to dramatically improve the overall look of your vehicles interior. This headliner is a reproduction of your vehicles OEM headliner utilizing factory attachment points, fit and finish. Each plastic board is vacuum formed at 320 degrees Fahrenheit. This means your new headliner will not distort shape, even on a hot summer day. Each headliner includes installation instructions.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policies...

Please Read Completely & Carefully. By purchasing any product from this seller (Classic to Modern Muscle Cars, LLC) you have affectedly accepted all terms & conditions, Warranty & Return Policies noted above and below in this listing.

All goods are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. Classic to Modern Muscle Cars, LLC DOES NOT sell or offer warranty on any product(s) other than the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty claims must be made before the parts are installed. Due to the nature of their use, race parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. When it has been determined the part(s) is defective, we will either replace or send a refund. No refund will be given on shipping charges, installations and/or removal of the parts.

Due to the fact that there are many variables when installing auto parts. Classic to Modern Muscle Cars, LLC will not be held liable or responsible for any consequential and/or incidental damages and/or injuries incurred during product(s) installation and will not be held liable or responsible for any charges on any product that are defective, does not fit, are damaged and/or ordered/shipped incorrectly.

At some point, you may have product(s) that needs to be returned. It may be an item you do no need, or it may be something you bought in error or damage goods. In any event, you want to return the product for credit. We routinely process several every day. To insure that the product(s) get quickly processed and credited, please follow the steps below. We will be happy to make sure your returns are properly credited.

Return Instruction (please read completely)…

1) Contact us before returning any product to us or the manufacturer. Request RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number for the product(s) you wish to return. All product(s) to be returned must be accompanied by a RGA number and be in its original packaging. The product(s) must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. Any product(s) returned that DOES NOT meet this criteria ‘FRI‘ (failed return inspection) may be subjected to additional handling fees or refusal. The product must return in a re-saleable condition (as new, not used condition). If product(s)FRI‘(failed returned inspection), refund will be denied. This product(s) is yours and you will need to pay additional shipping cost to be returned to you again. Any product(s) left abandon for 30 days after a failed returned inspection will be discarded. IF you are unsure if the product(s) will pass or fail return inspection. Contact me and send me images to help you with the return process.

2) Pack the product(s) carefully to avoid any damages during shipping. Always use a sturdy shipping carton to ship the product(s) back. Print your RGA number on the outside of the shipping carton. DO NOT write on, use tape and/or affix shipping label to the product(s) packages itself, product must returned to stock and we can not sell product(s) with defaced packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense and no refund on shipping cost to and from the customer.

3) You will need to send me the invoice number or better yet, a copy of the original invoice showing when the product(s) was purchased. Please include this information with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee for ACME Auto Product(s) (depending on the manufacturer restocking fees may vary, contact me for more details on each manufacturer’s restocking fees). We are very sorry, but I CAN NOT accept returns on special orders and/or non-stocking product(s) and/or wheels that had tires mounted.

Cancellation…

1) Cancellation must be made within the first 14 days from date of purchase.

2) The manufacturer charges a 20% cancellation fees on any and all cancellation made on the 15th day from date of purchase.

3) Custom colors and/or material CAN NOT be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by ‘the buyer’ / ‘the customer’. Please request free samples to avoid unnecessary issue with custom orders.

4) All refusals of shipment will have a $25.00 handling charge and all applicable freight/shipping cost and a 20% restocking fees will be charged to the customer. There is no refunds on refusals on custom orders.

Custom Colors / Custom Material…

1) Custom colors and custom material are defined as colors and materials ACME Auto (the manufacturer) considers not available from factory.

2) Please review ACME Auto’s (the manufacturer) list in this listing to view what is considers to be factory colors and materials.

3) Custom orders CAN NOT be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by ‘the buyer’ / ‘the customer’.

4) All refusals of shipment on custom orders will have a $25.00 handling charge and all applicable freight/shipping cost and no refund will be given to the buyer/customer. Any product left after 30 days from being return to sender will be consider abandon and will be discarded.

Please inspect your packages(s)…

1) Inspect your package for any damages and/or missing product(s), especially if you received / receiving freight shipment. Do not sign until you have inspect your freight shipment. Do not allow the shipping companies and/or their employee’s to rush you to sign. Please inform delivery driver and contact me IMMEDIATELY if any product(s) are damage due to shipping. Document with pictures and/or video. Any damage product(s) from shipping and/or manufacturer’s defect will not incur any fees to the customer.

2) All refusals of shipment will have a $25.00 handling charge and all applicable freight.shipping cost and 20% restocking fees will be charge to the customer.

Shipping…

All three major shipping companies are used in the United States. FedEx, UPS and USPS. Not all product(s) can use just one shipping method due to size, weight and/or origin of the product and/or receiver location. Some product(s) may be dropped shipped from overseas location. I am located in Southern New Hampshire in the New England area. Just a hour North-West of Boston, MA. I do not have a location open to the public as of yet.

Manufacturer’s Defect…

Unfortunately as much as each manufacturer does everything they can to bring you the best product(s) they can offer, manufacturer’s defects does happen. We all hope those parts will never find their way onto our projects. But when they do, what to do if one of these defects find it’s way to you. While those parts will be replace, there is a process. Since I do not offer warranty other than manufacturer’s warranty. Each manufacturer has specific ways on how they process their defect exchanges. Each manufacturer’s defect case is handle uniquely to each case. As much as we try to streamline it. Sometimes this does not goes as plan. Please try to follow and understand the next few steps to insure the defective product(s) is exchanged as smoothly as possible.

1) If you have a manufacturer’s defective product(s), please document the defect by taking pictures and/or video and/or taking notes.

2) Contact me with the issue/defect and try your best to explain the defect as soon as possible. Also send pictures, video and/or notes you have taken.

3) Not every return/exchange needs to have case open (cases are mostly for when you have no communication between the buyer and seller).

4) I will need to bring this defect(s) to the manufacturer’s attention. This may take from moments to a day or two for the manufacturer to reply to the claim of ‘Manufacturer’s Defect’. Each manufacturer has an investigation process. It can only go as fast as manufacturer process these claims.

5) I will communicated with you on each step the manufacturer brings to my attention. Sometimes this may take a few message from me to the buyer and/or a few messages from me to the manufacturer. While some manufacturers prefer you to contact them directly with defect claims, other manufacturers prefer you work with the retailer you purchase your product(s) with.

6) If you choose to work directly with the manufacturer with your claim. I can not be held liable or responsible with the manufacturer’s actions or conclusions of your claim(s) since I have been taken out of the loop of communication. You will need to complete the entire claim with the manufacturer.

The steps above are just a few guides to help with exchanging or returning of a manufacturer’s defects. Not all manufacturer process cases the same, the process can go very smoothly while others may not. Your patience will be very grateful

ACME Auto Product Manufacturer Warranty…

Prior to beginning installation please check your order to be sure that everything is correct, i.e., Year, Make, Model, Color, Material, etc. If we sent you the wrong item, we are gladly accept it back for credit or ship you the correct item providing the incorrect item is returned in saleable condition. Once installation has begun no credit or replacement product will be issued for incorrect items.

All products are warranted to be free from material defects and workmanship at the time they were shipped. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. We cannot be held responsible for damage due to “Acts of God”. This warranty supersedes all other warranties whether expressed or implied. Manufacturer is responsible for the product only and not the installation or removal.

Convertible Tops: 6 (six) years. The top only is covered for 6 (six) years with no proration. Glass and plastic windows are guaranteed against separation of the bond between the material and the glass or plastic during this same 6 (six) year period. Glass and plastic windows are covered for 6 (six) year but, are prorated after 36 (thirty-six) months from date shipped. No warranty applies to breakage of glass windows or scratching of plastic windows during or after installation. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper operation of the top, worn or defective top frames, incorrect cleaning solutions, improper cleaning methods or atmospheric conditions is the responsibility of the installer and/or buyer. Tops made in non-original colors and material are not returnable. All convertible top components were new and in working order when the top was shipped.

Exclusion from Warranty: Plastic window fading, chalking or cracking not covered. Thread & Velcro discoloration not covered. Failure of zippers, rubber, plastic or metal parts used on the product not covered.

Warranty Re-installation labor: is covered for the first 2 (two) years only and is based on the ship date of the product.

Vinyl Landau Tops, Cut & Sewn Headliners: 3 (three) years.

Seat Upholstery, Door Panels: 3 (three) years. Instructions and hardware included.

ABS Plastic Headliners: Lifetime on the ABS plastic, 1 (one) year on foam back material applied to plastic board. Includes instructions.

Mazda Miata Urethane Rain Rail: 3 (three) years. Instructions and hardware included when not installed at the factory.

Westfalia Tops, Curtain, Screens: 3 (three) years, workmanship & material only. instructions included. No warranty applies to screens, Velcro, thread, zippers or any other plastic, rubber or metal parts. All components were new and in working order when the product was shipped. Manufacturer is responsible for the product only and not the installation or removal.

Convertible Boots, Well Liners, Pads: 3 (three) years. No instructions. Hardware included where applicable.

NOTE: We strongly recommend all Convertible Tops, Landau Tops, Cut & Sewn Headliners be installed only by an automotive upholstery professional because they have required experience and specialty tools.
