  • CNC cut to fit all G Body frames. Made from Premium Grade 1/8″ (.120″) Pickled and oiled steel (HRPO). 
  • Will need a welder, hammer, die grinder and a bench vice.
  • This kit requires metal fab experience and can be done in the garage with a decent welder.

  • Carefully check whether the model of the product use range meets your needs, so as to avoid unnecessary losses.
  • First, properly clean the existing frame of dirt and rust to expose bare metal for the welding process. Weld small end plates in place first, and then weld the larger plates.
  • In preparation for welding, trim the large plates so they slightly overlap the small end plates.
