    This Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently.

    This Aluminum Radiator is at least 35%-45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Item Description

The disc conversion kit provides an easy to install, bolt on solution for upgrading your 10 bot rear-end to disc brake performance. This kit will dramatically improve your stopping performance from drums to 11″ disc rotors! See our how easy to install with our disc brake installation video at the bottom of the page!!!

Staggered rear ends means one shock is positioned toward the front of the car and one shock is positioned toward the back of the car. This means you will get two of the same caliper brackets and two of the same calipers. You will not receive a left and a right caliper. If you don’t have staggered shocks do not purchase this kit.

    Description

    This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is at least 30%-45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

    3. AA5052 Aluminum 2mm thick tanks and fittings, Ensure it’s hard and durable.

    4.Higher density core: cooling rows are spaced 3/8″ apart, giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators.

    5.14-16 cooling fins per inch, giving you approximately 1500 more cooling fins than other aluminum radiators, throws off much more heat.

    AA5052 Aluminum Shroud+Fan：

    Our custom-made AA5052 aluminum fan shrouds are manufactured to fit our ALLOYWORKS and ASI PERFORMANCE radiators. These fan shrouds are fabricated for use with our electric cooling fans but allow for use with most low profile electric fans.

    The fan and the fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Investing in proper maintenance though will considerably benefit the ride and driving quality in maintaining the ideal working conditions of the engine.

    This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is at least 30%-45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

    AA5052 Aluminum Shroud+Fan：

    Our custom-made AA5052 aluminum fan shrouds are manufactured to fit our ALLOYWORKS and ASI PERFORMANCE radiators. These fan shrouds are fabricated for use with our electric cooling fans but allow for use with most low profile electric fans.

    The fan and the fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Investing in proper maintenance though will considerably benefit the ride and driving quality in maintaining the ideal working conditions of the engine.

    The lift shocks are a bolt-on design and are specifically designed for cars running lift springs or lift cups.

    Why do I need longer Cutlass lift shocks when lifting my car?

    When lifting the front and rear of your car, the stock shock absorbers are not long enough to provide proper operation. The shocks will often bottom out on bumps in the road and cause an unusually harsh ride. This can make your car ride poorly and experience handling issues as well.

    When raising the suspension, UCL lift shocks will give you the extra travel you need to ride right. Our shocks are designed for lifts ranging from 3 inches up to 7 inches. The shocks simply bolt in place of your original units.

    Quite often your factory shocks are already in poor condition and adding a lift will only make the problem worse. Do the job right and install longer G Body extended shocks for your car lifting project.

    How are UCL’s Cutlass lift shocks different from others?

    Our shocks are gas charged and feature a twin tube design for optimal ride handling. Compared with the factory liquid filled units, UCL twin tube gas charged shocks are a significant improvement.

    All of our shocks use a proprietary blend of nitrogen infused gas with a specially designed piston shape to optimize your lifted car ride quality. The nitrogen blend reduces foaming and aeration common in older vehicles worn out shock absorber designs. The special design of the hydraulic piston absorbs and dissipates vibrations for the best in ride quality and handling.

    Durable black powder coating lasts 100x longer than spray painted parts

    When choosing extended Cutlass lift shocks for your car lift project, be sure to note the finish on the parts. All of Universal Car Lifts parts feature a durable black powder coat finish. We start by cleaning the raw metal parts with a degreaser solution to facilitate a permanent finish bonding. The parts are then sent through a large oven and heated to encourage off gassing. This uniformly bakes off any impurities from the parts.

    After pretreating the parts in an oven, the Cutlass lift shocks are professionally sprayed with a high end powder coat gun in a clean room spray booth. The shocks are then sent back through the oven where they bake at the proper temperature to obtain a permanent bond.

    This powder coat technique is the same method that new car manufacturers use to ensure their parts last virtually forever. It prevents rust from forming on the parts which will weaken the steel and cause premature failure.

    Beware of “knock-off brand” sellers who use cheap hardware store spray paint to finish their parts. The finish will look like crap and the parts will almost immediately rust. The corrosion will eventually cause the parts to fail and could cause your rear end to fall out of your car.
