This fan came from a 1981 G-body Buick with a 265 Pontiac V8, same fan as a 81 Firebird with 265 V8.. It is a 5 blade standard rotation fan and clutch, as commonly used on V belt applications,. Numbers stamped on the fan blade are 916661F81-10004044P and the letters PJ. Please do your research for fitment for other than just described applications. See all pictures for aid in description.
