Our Monte Carlo lift springs generally give you between 4 and 5 inches of lift. This can clear up to 28 inch rim and tire combos. Be sure to measure so you know exactly how much lift you need. The springs feature bolt-on installation and come with a detailed installation manual.
Monte Carlo lift springs built for heavy duty use on your G Body Chevy donk project
This listing is for a set of four (4) springs and includes two front springs and two rear springs. The Monte Carlo lift springs are cold wound in a custom spring forming machine to exacting specifications. Some features of the springs include:

- ● Proper ends formed for easy installation
- ● Shot peened to destress the metal for higher quality
- ● Pre set in a custom machine for quality control
- ● High quality rust proof black powder coat finish
- ● Quality control checks throughout entire process
The CNC coiling machine then forms the proper ends on the spring. The ends are ground flat in a special fixturing machine before they are sent to be shot peened. This process destresses the metal and ensures a quality settling once installed. The springs are pelted with tiny beads at a high velocity to change the composition of the steel.
Once the springs are finished getting shot peened, they are sent to a pre stressing machine. The pre stressing machine pushes the Monte Carlo lift springs to the optimal ride heights. This process breaks in the spring so that it sits at an even height once installed.
Gloss black powder coat finish comes standard
Your Monte Carlo lift springs come finished in a durable gloss black powder coat finish. This process includes multiple steps and starts by cleaning the springs with a degreaser to remove any lubricants introduced during the manufacturing process.
Once the springs are cleaned, we send your Monte Carlo lift springs through a high temperature oven to bake off any impurities on the parts. The lift springs will off gas in the oven and once removed, they are ready for coating.
Our spray booth facility consists of an enclosed clean room type environment that is sealed against contaminants. The springs are arranged on a rack and receive an electrically conductive polymer coating that “clings” to the part just like a magnet.
The rack full of springs then goes back into the oven where the finish is baked on. Your Monte Carlo lift springs will then have a super durable coating that resists rust for years. Beware of other “Knock-off Brand” springs that are spray painted. They will eventually rust and fail, leaving you and your ride stranded or worse.
Insist on powder coated parts. Its what the new car manufacturers use and is by far the most durable coating available for your Monte Carlo lift springs.
