Upon inspection Street Edge reserves the right to declare the void warranty where evidence of neglect or misuse is found. We strongly recommend you keep your OEM suspension in the event that a warranty situation may occur to minimize you vehicles down time. Every effort will be made to process your warranty request in an efficient and timely manner.

In exceptional circumstances, if a return is approved:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be unless there is a manufacturer defect.

You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Returns shipped to S45 Inc. dba The Suspension Source will be refused at the time of delivery if the return policy is NOT followed.

1. Please message us to request a return and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

– Return Exceptions – Items cannot be returned if they have been installed, mounted to a vehicle, painted or modified. Clothing Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

– Restocking Fee – All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If your order had free shipping applied our original shipping charges will be deducted.

– Exchanges – If you have ordered the incorrect part or need to exchange for another part you can do so. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay shipping charges to and from your location.
