SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS (post office) Ground for small items that fit into a padded envelope. For larger items, they are shipped FedEx or UPS to the Continental US only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO’s. Items ship out within 1-2 business days. All shipments shipping out of the country ship on Thursdays, once a week. Orders may take longer due to customs, so plan on extra time for delivery. We do not do rush shipments or overnight express.
RETURNS:
All returns must be returned to: ATTN: Motorcity Muscle Car, c/o Inline Tube 15066 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, MI 48315. Please Include in the return: The eBay item #, Your screen name, Your real name, Your shipping address, and any other information so we can process the return quickly.
We accept returns within 30 days after the buyer receives the merchandise. The returned merchandise should look like new, with the original packaging. We cannot return an item that has been used or damaged. Only the merchandise amount will be refunded, buyer will pay for any return shipping charges.
We do not reimburse shipping for any reason.
All returns without authorization will be denied.
EXCHANGES:
All exchanges must be notified and authorized by the sales representative within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective merchandise will only be replaced if it was not due to alteration, improper use or installation. Picture proof will be necessary.
