Lowrider Hydraulics, G Body Axel Reinforcement  *Single Plate (1 Pcs) 3/16″ Thick


Typically these are used to prevent rear axel from bending under stresses caused by Hydraulic pressure ***See pic for placement.


Our kit is cut to fit snug around the pumpkin area, it’s your choice to weld that area or just the axel tube area.


Some grinding will be needed as not all axels are identical, and used axels can already be prebent!!


Pictures are strictly for placement on vehicle. Coils, powerballs, and cylinders sold separately.


Kit includes the following:


1- axel reinforcement piece for 78-88 G body (Cutlass, Regal, Monte Carlo, Malibu, Grand Prix etc). 3/16″ thick, You weld these yourself.


Also have other parts available for extra. See my store or other listings


*3/16″ thick plates are used in this item

Typically these are used to Extend the Upper a arms  and reinforce to prevent bending/cracking under stresses caused by Hydraulic pressure.


Our kit is cut to fit snug around the upper a arm area, kits will come with the necessary holes precut for bushing areas. And labeled A or B to help line up each plate to each arm.


Core Arms are required to weld these to. These are not prefab Arm plates.


Some grinding will be needed as not all Arms  are identical, and used arms can already be bent!!


All of our plate kits are cut by hand, not on a plasma table…


Kit includes the following:


2pairs- Upper a arm reinforcement pieces for 1958-64 Impala, belair, biscane.  3/16 thickness. You weld these yourself.


2 top plates

4 side plates

4 extension pieces (3/4, 1″, 1.25″, 1.5″ or 2″) please let me know what size you need cut.
