Durable gloss black powder coating lasts 100x longer than spray painted parts

We start by cleaning the raw metal parts with a degreaser solution to facilitate a permanent finish bonding. The parts are then sent through a large oven and heated to encourage off gassing. This uniformly bakes off any impurities from the parts.

After pretreating the parts in an oven, the Cutlass trailing arms are professionally sprayed with a high end powder coat gun in a clean room spray booth. The arms are then sent back through the oven where they bake at the proper temperature to obtain a permanent bond.
