All goods are covered by their manufacturer’s Warranty and Guarantee. Classic to Modern Muscle Cars, LLC does not sell or offer warranty and/or guarantee on any goods other than the manufacturer’s warranty and/or guarantee. All warranty and/or guarantee claims must be made beofre the parts are installed. Due to the nature of their use, race parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. When it has been determined the parts is defective we will either replace or send you a refund. No refund will be given on shipping charges, installations or removal of the parts.

At some point, you may have merchandise that needs to be returned. It may be an item that you do not need, and/or it may be something you bought in error and/or damage goods. In any event, you want to return merchandise for credit. We routinely process several returns. To insure that the item(s) get quickly processed and credited, please follow these simple steps below. We will be happy to make sure your returns are properly credited.

Due to the fact that there are many variables when installing auto parts, Classic to Modern Muscle Cars, LLC will not be held responsible  for any consequential and/or incidental damages and/or injuries incurred during product installation and will not be held responsible for any charges on any product that are defective and/or do not fit and/or are damaged and/or ordered/shipped incorrectly. 

Return Instructions (please read completely)

1. Contact us before returning any products to us or the manufacturer. Request an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number for the merchandise you wish to return. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RGA number and be in its original packaging. The product must be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. Any merchandise returned that does not meet this criteria may be subjected to an additional handling fee or refusal. The product must return in a Re-Salable condition, if not you will not receive a refund. This items is yours and you will need to pay to have this item shipped back to you again. Any items left abandon after 30 days after a filed inspection will be discarded.

2. Pack the parts carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Always use a sturdy shipping carton to ship the parts back. Print your RGA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Please DO NOT write on, use tape or affix shipping labels to the product packages itself, because we must return it to stock and we can not sell a box defaced. Return shipping fees are at the customers expense and no refund on shipping fees to and from the customer.

3. We need the invoice number or, better yet, a copy of the original invoice showing when the part was purchased. Please include this information with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be assessed a 15% Restocking Fee. We are sorry, but we CAN NOT accept returns on special orders and/or non-stocking items and/or custom made products and/or wheels that had tires mounted and/or other wearable products.

4. Inspect your shipping for any damages and missing goods. Please inform the delivery driver and contact us immediately if any goods are damage due to shipping. Any damage good from shipping or manufacturer defect and/or manufacturer defect will not incur any fees to the customer.

5. All refusal will have a $25.00 USD Handling Charge and applicable freight and/or shipping charges to the customers and 15% Restocking Fee will be charged to the customer.

6. Purchases made with customer’s error and/or remorse on items stating with “Free Shipping” and is returned (must past return inspection) will receive a partial refund minus of any and all shipping cost to and from the customer. If the product DOES NOT past return inspection, please review Number 1 (one) return rule above.

7. We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms & Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective upon public posting. Your continued use of our service and this site following any modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.
