Items returned MUST be un-used and in “new” sellable condition. Any item that has been installed even partially installed will not receive credit. All refunds are subject to inspection of the item(s) BEFORE a refund will be issued. All Returns are subject to a 20% re-stock fee. Returns before 15 days will receive money back. Returns between 15-30 days will be granted in store credit only. Regardless of circumstances, items over 30 days are not returnable. Returns MUST be shipped “Freight prepaid” by the customer.
