I recently made a trip to a local Pic-a-Part wrecking yard to get some parts for one of my project vehicles and I noticed they had a 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme in inventory and I decided to see if there were any parts I might be able list for sale on eBay and make it a “win-win” proposition for all parties.  

The part in this listing is the Quarter Window Glass for the right side, or passenger side.  

I lightly cleaned the part and removed most of the the butyl sealant.  The part appears to be in fair to good shape.  The most notable defect is a portion of the black rubber trim on the top exterior side of the part is missing.  The glass also has some scratches that can be seen under close examination.  There are also areas on the chrome trim that show sanding marks where the trim was likely touched with a sander during the vehicle’s paint removal process.  Overall, I’d rate the part as a 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.

1969-1988 G Body Landau Vinyl Top Body Molding Trim Clip REPAIR Pin STUD Screws

Replaces GM Part# 221683163. Sold as set of (25).

These repair screws are used to replace missing or damaged welded studs that hold your clips in place.  These are the quickest, cheapest and cleanest solution. All you need to do is drill a 3/32″ pilot hole and screw them right in. No cutting, grinding, welding or risk damaging your car.

These repair studs work with just about every reveal molding clip on your car or truck.

This listing includes 25 Old School Vinyl Top Trim Moulding Clips and 10 Special Trim Moulding Stud Screws (correct, as pictured) — These molding clips secure the moulding/trim up against the body, and secure the vinyl material edges — these work really good and keep the moulding nice and tight.

The 10 Special Stud Screws are being offered in case the factory rivet is damaged, rusted or missing. All you do is drill a pilot hole in the sheet metal, screw in the Stud Screw, then wedge the molding clip in, these are a total life saver.
