Some of the packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Customer is responsible to ensure PO Box address given is deliverable by the shipping company. Package will be held until a valid physical address is provided.

Return Policy:

If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days from delivery date. And you must contact us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All products are covered by our warranty against defects.
