Factory OE upper control arms are of an extremely flimsy stamped sheet metal construction. Soggy rubber bushings complete the recipe for unwanted wheel hop, deflection, flex and moreover the inability to keep the rear end centered.

Massive has created a stronger solution. Huge heavy wall steel tubing with full 1/4” laser cut BOXED bracketry can harness even the highest HP load with ease. Durable and stable polyurethane bushings transfer your hard earned torque where it belongs – the pavement. Offer’s enough flex to ensure a very “streetable” level of comfort. Fully TIG welded.  Prominent Massive logo so people know your using the best. As usual, these arms are MADE IN THE USA.

Includes Massive’s HARDCORE HARDWARE kit – our competitors DON’T. Only the finest 170,000 PSI Grade 8 bolts with Nylock nuts and plated washers. Strong enough for all power levels and replaces your weak rusted stock stuff.

Returns:

To receive credit, you must return the item within 30 days of receipt. We will not however accept anything without prior approval and an RMA number. Please CALL to gain approval. We don’t accept products that are used, installed or otherwise less than brand new, and aren’t in their original unmolested packaging.

If you feel your order was shipped in error, please check the part number on the box received against the part number you ordered. If the part number agrees with your order, but the part is not correct for your car, please contact us for a verification of the fitment for your vehicle.

Returns must be shipped to us prepaid and credit will be minus the original freight costs. If you’ve ordered the wrong part, we must impose a 10% restocking charge. Credit will be issued against the purchase of the correct part minus a re stocking charge. Dinged, scratched or otherwise molested merchandise may be rejected for credit at our discretion. Please handle with care.

We value our feedback very much and wish to keep it all positive. We’ll do everything in our power to please our customers and NEVER aim to take advantage of them. Please, if you feel that you are unsatisfied in any way, CALL us or email us. This should be done BEFORE posting negative or neutral feedback. Inventory:

Massive Speed System is a genuine full service high performance retailer and installer. We stock a lot of inventory. We don’t believe that we should offer products we have no way of getting. Please understand however, that we have a showroom, a website and eBay sales departments and sometimes stock is simply gone from one minute to the next. We do however, pledge to keep you aware of any shortages. You can choose at that time if you would like to continue the transaction, or we may be able to offer similar alternatives. We do try to keep our inventory counts as accurate as possible. If you’re in an extremely time sensitive position with your order, please CALL us to make sure your schedule is feasible.

Shipping:

We will ship your item with whatever service you choose. Be aware of pros and cons BEFORE making your choice.

UPS provides exceptionally good domestic service. The price is fair, the service fast and it offers detailed tracking the whole way.

USPS priority mail is good for lightweight packages and offers low cost and typically fast service and a delivery confirmation. Be aware that the times that they give are ESTIMATED, not guaranteed like UPS. If you need an item by a certain day, USE UPS. We can also offer faster next day services. Please call for a quote. Be aware that USPS Parcel Post offers NO tracking and often is quite slow.

USPS service is also the best for any international shipments as costs are low and customs is often painless. Whenever you have us ship with a tracking numbered service, we will email it to you.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico (non lower 48 US destinations):

We’d love to offer you quicker service, but the reality is shipping to your destination is usually delayed an additional few days. If your item was offered with “FREE SHIPPING” we’ll normally ship USPS to hold costs down. If your need is urgent, please call and we can suggest extra cost shipping options.

Please check your email Spam filter before contacting us, as our emails often end up there.

Please understand, it’s our responsibility to get your packages packed well and shipped in a timely manner, but we accept no responsibility if your package is delayed by your chosen shipping service. We typically will ship within 24 hours of order payment.

We combine shipping. If you want to buy multiples of one item, simply go to the calculator in the auction and enter your desired quantity. If your looking to order several different items, simply bid on all the items and checkout only AFTER you have bid on all your desired items.  If this does not seem to be working, call or message us and we will get you sorted right away!!!!

Our Shipping Department is staffed during normal business hours (8:00AM…5:00PM), 5 days a week. Your order can only be shipped while our shipping department is active. Orders placed during the weekend will not be processed ’til Monday. Orders placed in the evening will not be processed ’til the next morning. Our normal UPS and USPS pickup services are also limited to this schedule.
