How do I know If this product will fit my car?
1. Use compatibility chart to check Make/Model/Year
2. Check wheel hub is factory default
3. Check That You Want to Convert the Lug Bolt Hub Into Lug Nut Uses
4. Check The Wheel You Want to Use Has Same Seat Type As Lug Nuts(Stock Wheels May Need Ball Seat Lug Nuts)
6. Check The Existing Bolt’s Grade Level is 10.9, Same As Our Studs

Why is the product doesn’t have enough grab to the wheels?
Studs are too short to have enough thread into the hub.
Solution:
1. You need longer Wheel Stud(More Than 45mm)
2. You need to use thinner spacer to match the Stud length
Why is the product too thin that won’t hold my wheel?
Your wheel requires large flange lug bolts to hold, for ideal flange size, please refer to your existing lug bolts
Solution:
1. You need large flange Lug Nuts
2. You need to use Lug Nuts flange adapter to make it fit
Why does the product not fit my wheel cap?
Most of the wheel caps have clipers that require lug nuts to hold,our lug bolts may not have the same shape to match the clippers
Solution:
1. You need to purchase the exactly same lug nut from the caps
2. You need to remove your wheel caps
Why does the product not fit my hub cap?
Most of the hub caps are much thicker than the hub without hub cap, it would require more thickness of spacer to fit
Solution:
1. You need to purchase Thicker Spacers and Bolts due to the height of the hub-cap
2. You need to remove your hub-caps
Why the wheel were damaged/damaging my car?
The thickness of the spacer were exceed the maximum thickness of the fender requirement
Solution:
1. You need to purchase Thinner Spacers and Nuts due to requirement of the fender gap
2. You need to remove your spcacers and use original Lug Nuts
Why is the thread not matching my wheel hub, but my car is listed in the compatibility chart?
Wheel hubs are subjected to be replaced due to aging or repair, after that, you may have different thread than factory default
Solution:
1. Check the thread from your existing lug bolts
2. Any auto-shop would have a tool to measure thread, or you can send us a pic of your existing lug nut to confirm
Why does my lug bolts have different mating seat type than the product I purchased?
Seat type of mating surface is based on the wheels, different wheels have different mating surface requirements. Some stock wheels may require special mating surface assembling.
Solution:
1. Check the matting surface from your existing lug nuts and that from your wheels
2. Alloy stock wheels, steel stock wheels, and aftermarket wheels have different mating specification
What is the cut-off time for same day shipping?
Cut-off time for shipping is 9:30 am PST every business day excluding weekends and ferderal holidays, The shipping date for weekends and federal holidays moves to next available week days
How do I get expeditate shipping for timely purposes?
Expeditate shipping is based on delivering address, in rear cases, carrier may experience delay due to operational difficulties.

ebay Global Shipping Program (GSP) is eBay hosted international carrier who processes international orders, sellers send product to domestic GSP center for further international transition.

The Spacers were made of 6061-T6 Aluminum, capable to absorb the driving force
What is tool size for installation?
The sokcet tool for installation is M3 hex wrench
What is torque power?
The recommended torque power is 20 ft/lb, please do not over-torque, nor under-torque
What is quality of the material, and will the product get rusted?
The Spacers were made from 6061-T6 Aluminum; The Lug Nut/Stud were made from SCM Steel that passed 72-hour salt sray test. However, steel is subjected to rust in hash conditions such as heavy deicing salt, acid rain, or chemical interferences
Solution:
1. Use rubber sleeved socket to prevent cracking or denting surface protection layer
2. Apply plastic dip sray help to isolate metal from outside environment interferences
