Replace the factory’s weak and flexible rubber bushed panhard bar on your 1965-1966 Ford Galaxie with our heavy duty adjustable unit!

After more than 45 years of use the factory panhard bar is corroded and the rubber bushings are cracked and dry rotted which adversely effects the performance of your car.

Our adjustable panhard bar allows for centering the rear end after lowering and provides for serious handling performance. It also allows for alignment of the rear end for clearance when running larger tires and greatly increases the rear end’s lateral stability.

All of the ends are fitted with grease fittings for easy lubrication of the fluted polyurethane bushings. It comes powder coated in your choice of bright red or gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish.

Lower Arms

UMI Performance single adjustable lower control arms feature an Energy Suspension polyurethane bushing set-up on one end and a QA1 spherical rod end on the other. This type of set-upallows rear end adjustment when needed while also helping to eliminate and reduce rear end bind. The QA1 rod endallows rear end free movement when high handling, auto cross or road race is a concern, it alsoallows you to lengthen and shorten the control arms adding additional clearance when trying to squeeze those larger tires under the vehicle. The adjustment of these arms can also be used for custom rear end installs when centering and rear end movement is needed. This type of set-up works excellent as a drag race item, auto cross and street driving. The polyurethane bushings are designed to be bolted to the chassis of the vehicle for a quiet comfortable operation while the QA1 rod end attaches at the rear end. Each control arm features the correct provisions for adding a stock or aftermarket sway bar. Sway bar holes are reinforced with a 0.120″ wall thickness steel sleeve TIG welded and sanded into place.

Upper Arms

Adjustability is one the most important things when tuning in your street car’s suspension. That is why UMI has taken the time to develop the Ultimate “on car” adjustable upper control arms for the rear on your GM vehicle. There were no short cuts when manufacturing these arms, only the best materials and components money can buy were used to build these “Ultimate Arms”. Well known weak areas where other manufactures use mild steel have been replaced with aircraft quality 4140 chrome moly steel featuring a TIG welded construction. The upper control arm mounting points feature CNC machined 0.250″ mild steel, 4140 Chrome-Moly tube adaptors and a high strength 4140 chrome moly heat treated 1.000″ solid adjuster; truly overkill for any application!

For ease of adjustment UMI has designed these Ultimate Arms with on-car adjustability. You can easily make pinion angle adjustments in the garage or at the track; it’s as simple as loosening two nuts! Using UMI’s unique chrome moly on-car adjuster, simply turn the adjuster with the control arms on the car to quickly lengthen or shorten the control arm length. Pinion angle adjustments are a must when wanting to lower your track 60-foot times, increase traction and reduce unwanted wheel hop. The QA1 Teflon lined spherical rod end designallows for a bind free operation, making a great upgrade for both your track and auto cross driven vehicle.

Our adjustable rear lower control arms for the 2002-2009 Trailblazer, Envoy and SSR outperform the flexible and soft rubber bushings that come from the factory. Eliminate wheel hop and increase traction with an easy bolt on installation!

These tubular rear lower control arms are constructed of precision MIG welded 1.25″ x .120″ wall DOM tubing and all of the ends are fitted with grease fittings for easy lubrication of the fluted polyurethane bushings.

The adjustability feature allows for setting your pinion angle and/or pushing the rear axle housing back to correct rear end location after lowering (if used in conjunction with our Part# TB-604 adjustable rear upper control arms).

These adjustable rear upper control arms for the 2007-2020 GM SUVs outperform the flexible, stamped steel arms and soft rubber bushings that come from the factory. They feature a Del-Sphere™ pivot joint on one end and fluted polyurethane bushings on the other end.

Eliminate wheel hop, increase traction, improve handling, and gain much more stable towing performance with an easy bolt on installation. The Del-Sphere™ pivot joint provides for 28 degrees of articulation, while the polyurethane bushings provide for a smooth ride on the street!

The adjustability feature allows for fore and aft centering of the rear axle housing after lowering or raising your ride height as well as pinion angle adjustments. They’re available powder coated in your choice of bright red or gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish.

Del-Sphere™ Pivot Joints:

The Spohn Performance Del-Sphere™ pivot joint solves the shortcomings of the factory rubber and aftermarket polyurethane bushings. Our Del-Sphere™ pivot joint incorporates a spherical ball which is surrounded by Delrin® bushing cups.

Think of the Del-Sphere™ pivot joint as a Delrin® bushed spherical rod end. After over a year of R&D testing here at Spohn Performance on a street-able spherical joint the Del-Sphere™ pivot joint is the final result. Designed and manufactured exclusively by Spohn Performance, we have taken street suspension performance to the next level.

Our Del-Sphere™ pivot joint features a one piece forged and heat treated chrome moly housing, a heat treated and chrome plated chrome moly spherical ball, Delrin® bushing cups, heat treated retainer washer and snap ring, heat treated and chrome plated chrome moly threaded adjuster ring, an external grease fitting, and a beautiful silver zinc plated housing finish.

The Delrin® bushing cups absorb shock and road noise so you get the quiet and smooth ride of a bushing as well as 28 degrees of rotation! Our Del-Sphere™ pivot joints will always ship to you fully assembled, however, we also offer an optional adjusting tool that will allow you to do two things.

First, you can disassemble the Del-Sphere™ pivot joint for cleaning, inspection, etc. Second, you can adjust the amount of tension on the spherical ball. The amount of tension can be easily adjusted by using our optional adjustment tool to tighten or loosen the end retainer ring.

What that means is if over time and miles the tolerances open up you can simply re-adjust the retainer ring and have your pivot joint as tight as it was the day it was brand new. We doubt you’ll ever need to replace the Delrin® bushing cups, but they certainly can be. Unlike a spherical rod end, the Del-Sphere™ pivot joint is 100% rebuildable.

These Del-Sphere pivot jointed adjustable rear upper control arms for the 2007-2020 GM SUVs outperform the flexible, stamped steel arms and soft rubber bushings that come from the factory.

Eliminate wheel hop, increase traction, improve handling, and gain much more stable towing performance with an easy bolt on installation. The Del-Sphere pivot joints provide for 28 degrees of articulation, perfect for the off-road enthusiast looking for maximum suspension articulation!

The adjustability feature allows for fore and aft centering of the rear axle housing after lowering or raising your ride height as well as pinion angle adjustments. They’re available powder coated in your choice of bright red or gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish.

Del-Sphere Pivot Joints:

The Spohn Performance Del-Sphere pivot joint solves the shortcomings of the factory rubber and aftermarket polyurethane bushings. Our Del-Sphere pivot joint incorporates a spherical ball which is surrounded by Delrin® bushing cups.

Think of the Del-Sphere pivot joint as a Delrin® bushed spherical rod end. After over a year of R&D testing here at Spohn Performance on a street-able spherical joint the Del-Sphere pivot joint is the final result. Designed and manufactured exclusively by Spohn Performance, we have taken street suspension performance to the next level.

Our Del-Sphere pivot joint features a one piece forged and heat treated chrome moly housing, a heat treated and chrome plated chrome moly spherical ball, Delrin® bushing cups, heat treated retainer washer and snap ring, heat treated and chrome plated chrome moly threaded adjuster ring, an external grease fitting, and a beautiful silver zinc plated housing finish.

The Delrin® bushing cups absorb shock and road noise so you get the quiet and smooth ride of a bushing as well as 28 degrees of rotation! Our Del-Sphere pivot joints will always ship to you fully assembled, however, we also offer an optional adjusting tool that will allow you to do two things.

First, you can disassemble the Del-Sphere pivot joint for cleaning, inspection, etc. Second, you can adjust the amount of tension on the spherical ball. The amount of tension can be easily adjusted by using our optional adjustment tool to tighten or loosen the end retainer ring.

What that means is if over time and miles the tolerances open up you can simply re-adjust the retainer ring and have your pivot joint as tight as it was the day it was brand new. We doubt you’ll ever need to replace the Delrin® bushing cups, but they certainly can be. Unlike a spherical rod end, the Del-Sphere pivot joint is 100% rebuildable.

The adjustability feature allows for setting the pinion angle. Our right hand and left hand threaded silver zinc plated CNC machined 4140 chrome moly double male adjuster allows for easy on-the-car adjustments, no need to unmount the control arm to make adjustments!
