1964-72, 73-77 GM A-body & 78-87 GM G-body Chevelle, GTO, 442, GS, Rubber Rear Control Arm Bushing. Used on both upper and lower rear control arms and the uppers on the axle housing except on 1964 models. 1964 Axle housing used a smaller bushing that is not available. All 1965-72 used 8 bushings and 64 used 6.
This Bushing is made for Inline tube ONLY – not another on the market like it – it is the correct shape, size and hardness of rubber – just like the factory original. It is smooth on both ends of the rubber so it will not bind or twist. It will not squeak, or bind. The reason we made this part is because there is ont a good ont on the market to be had – until now. Best part it is price matched so you can have the best for the same price as the junk.
The press fit 1.925″ Dia., 2.375″ inside sleeve length, metal outer sleeve length 2.055″. Step Down dia 1.869.

These are rubber Just like the original – Not Hard Puck General Poly bushings from Energy Suspension. Rubber gives you a smooth soft ride – Poly gives you a hard stiff ride feeling every vibration from the engine trans and rear end. If poly was the way to do it the car companies would of already done it. They are stiff and they squeak, bind, and give you a terrible ride.
