We start with an over-sized 1-1/2″ diameter round tubing that is mated to an extra thick precision cut ball joint plate. The arms feature cross supports that are welded solid between the arm legs to form an extremely durable product that will last a lifetime.

Some options for bushings and ball joints

Like all lifted G Body A arms, you will need to provide new front control arm bushings and ball joints when installing. You can reuse your stock components, however they are usually 20+ years old and in poor condition. We will provide you with the part numbers to purchase new bushings and ball joints at your local auto parts store.

If you don’t want to deal with finding new bushings and ball joints, we can provide them with the arms.Follow this link to find the right bushings for these arms. Follow this link to find the correct ball joints.

Your bushings will need to be pressed into the G Body A arms with a hydraulic H press. We recommend a 20 ton or larger press with a set of bushing installation spacers. This process should be performed by an experienced suspension specialist to ensure it is done correctly. If the bushings are installed wrong, you can risk bending and damaging the arms.

To ensure the fastest, most hassle free installation, we highly recommend having us install the bushings for you. We can install new bushings along with new heavy duty offset cross shafts. Thermostat Relay Kit Instructions：

RED + connect directly to battery.

WHITE wire to ignition switch power source.

BLACK goes to thermos switch.

BLUE wire goes to the Fans.
